Zawiyah Seminary provides online educational courses and digital learning materials designed to help students gain authentic Islamic knowledge. As our products are digital in nature, please read the following Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
All Zawiyah Seminary courses and materials are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to course content through our online learning platform. Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked after access is granted, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or credit transfers will not be provided under the following circumstances:

3. Exceptional Circumstances

4. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a remedy if the digital course you purchased is not as described, misrepresented, or if you did not receive access after successful payment due to a technical issue on our end.
However, this does not apply if you simply changed your mind, enrolled by mistake, or failed to complete the course.
