Biography
الشيخ ياسين الكردي من أصلٍ سوري، وُلِد ونشأ في الأردن. حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الفقه الشافعي والشريعة الإسلامية من جامعة العلوم الإسلامية العالمية (القسم العربي) في الأردن.
وهو يمارس حالياً العمل الدعوي في جمهورية أرض الصومال تحت إشراف شيخه الشيخ عون القدومي.
يُدرّس الشيخ ياسين العلوم الإسلامية باللغة العربية، وهو معروف بتواضعه وحسن خلقه وعلاقته الوثيقة بأهل التصوف.
كما أنه أستاذ مُعتمَد في معهد الزاوية، ونحن نفتخر بوجوده معنا في هذه المراحل الأولى من نشر الإسلام وتعليم العلوم الإسلامية لكل من ينهل من معينها ويطمح للنمو في دينه.
Shaykh Yasin al-Kurdi is of Syrian origin and was born and raised in Jordan. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Shafi‘i jurisprudence and Islamic law from the World Islamic Sciences and Education University (Arabic section) in Jordan.
He is currently engaged in da‘wah work in the Republic of Somaliland under the supervision of his teacher, Shaykh ‘Awn al-Quddumi.
Shaykh Yasin teaches Islamic sciences in Arabic, and he is known for his humility, good character, and close connection with the people of Sufism.
He is also a valued instructor with Zawiyah Seminary, and we are proud to have him with us in these early stages of spreading Islam and teaching the Islamic sciences to all who have a thirst to learn and grow in their dīn (religion).
